How to Trade Your Resort Week:

Make sure you're depositing a Qualified Resort Week (see below).

Contact your resort and tell them that you plan to deposit your Resort Week with Platinum Rewards. You will receive a week confirmation number, which you must include on your Resort Deposit Form.

Call Platinum Rewards toll free at 1-866-386-8498 to make your deposit. You will receive written confirmation of your deposit from Platinum Rewards within three weeks.

What is a Qualified Resort Week?

You must deposit your resort week at least six (6) months prior to check-in date

If your resort is on a point system, you must select a specific vacation week at least six (6) months prior to check-in date

Your maintenance fees must be current
